Note:
1. There are a total of 30 seats in this subsector. For the Election Committee to be constituted on 22 October 2021, 1 member of this subsector is an ex-officio member, 15 members will be nominated by designated body and the remaining 14 members will be returned by election.
2. In case the number of persons nominated by a designated body exceeds the assigned number of the body, and the body has not indicated which of the nominees are to be given preference or rank the excess nominees (if more than one) in order of priority, the Returning Officer will determine, by drawing lots, the order of priority in which the nominees of that body are to make up the assigned number. Validly nominated nominees who make up the assigned number for the designated body in their order of priority become members representing the relevant subsector on the Election Committee.
