Composition of the Legislative Council

Size and Composition of LegCo

Pursuant to the Annex II to Basic Law amended by NPC Standing Committee on 30 March 2021, the LegCo shall be composed of 90 members as follows:

⬤	Members returned by the Election Committee	40 persons
⬤	Members returned by functional constituencies	30 persons
⬤	Members returned by geographical constituencies through direct elections	20 persons
